TRANSITIONAL MORELAND VILLAGE VIBES
Along the water trails of Palmetto Bluff’s busiest neighborhood, Moreland Village, one of our newest residential design projects is emerging with signature KCD style.
Designer Brianna Owen teamed with PR Homes to unveil the transitional Lowcountry home environment. “We layered a wide array of textures and natural materials to create a comfortable yet elegant context,” Brianna explains.
Among her signature touches are the custom bronze range hood and intricate marble countertop that adorn the kitchen. The natural palette and seamless porch interface inspire a light and airy coastal feel within the open concept.
