PRESENTING SPONSOR KCD SET TO HOST 2ND ANNUAL POLO AT THE BLUFF
Palmetto Bluff’s Longfield Stables will be the scene of family fun, equestrian fashion, and other festivities on Sunday, September 18, when Kelly Caron and team join the Make-A-Wish Foundation for Polo at the Bluff. As honorary master of ceremonies, Kelly will officially unveil and grant a long-time wish to a young Beaufort boy, who’s been battling a serious illness while growing up in the Lowcountry.
“We hope to make a difference for this brave boy and his family who have endured health challenges, yet stayed hopeful and strong,” Kelly says. “We’re proud to partner with the Make-A-Wish team and make a meaningful impact on the local community.”
The wish-come-true location is still top secret but promises to bring lots of smiles and adventure into the lives of the Beaufort family. This year alone, the Make-A-Wish Foundation will grant 255 wishes to children and families who have been victims of life-threatening illnesses.
Team KCD will host a themed after party and toast for VIPs following the polo match. A special menu has been created by Montage Palmetto Bluff for the daylong events.
